What do we do to look after you? Questions and getting to know you: We’ll ask questions about what you do and who you are to determine the cause of your problem and your whishes.
Observe, Ask, Listen and Learn: We’ll identity your problems with orthopaedic, exercise scientific and additional assessments to find the keys toward a diagnosis. Based on the way you move and respond we decide what treatment techniques are best to use.
Explain and Feel better: The nature/cause of your injury or health problem will be explained, with raising your awareness and knowledge of body and mind. We can use (sport)physiotherapy techniques and stretching / mobilising, massage, exercise/personal training, nutrition advice and/or yoga or advise you to (active!)rest and relax to make you feel better.
* All treatments (apart from medical taping) and training start from 1 hour to 2+ hours for optimal health care, combining yoga and fitness, injuries treatments and lifestyle coaching in one session. * Please, also have a look at yoga and therapy classes, private lessons and corporate yoga workshops for team-building. * We also are specialised in treating yoga teachers with injuries!
