Christel Lemmen from Nourish Body Mind Spirit With an Australian Master in Exercise Physiology, European Bachelor degrees in both Physiotherapy and Physical Education, and over 10 years of experience as a university lecturer in her fields, Christel brings a phenomenal understanding of the body's anatomy, physiology, alchemy and injury to her treatments, classes and training. Even as a 4 year old gymnast Christel wanted to teach P. E., then study physiotherapy and she continued this journey with a Master in Health Science (exercise and sports) and Nutrition Consulting curse (raw food / juice fasting). Yoga was another of the 'things' that she liked, but when she became critically ill, stripped of health (and happiness), yoga helped to deepen her insight in the body, mind and simply in life!
Passionate and on a mission to make a difference in someones life: Treating people’s pain, includes the physical injuries, but also mind, stress patterns, breath and nutrition. No matter what level of exercise or the lack of it, the cause of your injury is almost certainly related to activities that you may do on a daily basis. This can include food or thoughts patterns. We will look together at those activities and patterns and change the way that you interact. Christel teaches you about how to manage an injury, your health, condition, but in the end it is in your hands to determine if you agree with the advice and want to actively change to heal yourself. O yes, Christel likes a challenge, to be up side down and laugh. And you can hear an accent, that's because she's Dutch and looking forward to meet you.....
All the health treatments are from 1 hour, we take time to look after you, medical taping / quick testing excepted.
